Frequently Asked Questions
How do your frames fit?
The dimensions of each frame are clearly listed below the frame description on every product page. Our glasses are thoughtfully designed to complement a wide range of face shapes and sizes. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of purchase.
How do I find the best magnification for me?
Please refer to our "Find Your Readers Power" page. It's important to note that tired eyes, lighting, time of day and reading distance will affect your reader strength. And a hot tip from our office: buy multiples. You probably need different magnification based on reading tasks. For example, most people read their phone from one distance and their cookbooks/laptops from another.
Of course, your safest bet is to review your needs with your eye doctor. Bring your readers to your annual exams!
Are your frames unisex?
Yes! All of the styles were designed for any gender. Some frames are wider than others, like our Prosper style. Each pair has a spring-hinge to adjust for sizing. Dimensions are listed on each product page, please refer to that to determine a perfect fit.
What is your Return Policy
Returns must be submitted within one week of receipt of product. Please keep in mind, we are small business with a business model of helping those less fortunate. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we are only shipping in the United States.
Where is your product made?
Our frames are designed by our owner/founder in California. They're made by skilled craftsmen in Asia. Our manufacturing partner adheres to ethical sourcing guidelines and is a renowned global purveyor of quality frames.
What are aspheric lenses?
All of our reading glasses have aspheric lenses. Aspheric lenses reduce distortion and provide a wider field of view. These lenses are thinner than spherical lenses, which can make glasses more attractive and less likely to create a "coke bottle" effect. They are also anti-reflective with superior clarity. We add blue light protection to keep your eyes less tired and affected by screen time.
What is blue light protection?
All of our reading glasses have blue light protection. These lenses block artificial blue light from screens which may reduce eyestrain and headaches. We also carry a "blue light only" line which you can wear all day long!
Can I use your frames for my perscription glasses?
Yes, our high-quality frames are optical ready. Sorry, we do not sell frames without a lens. Simply bring one of our readers to your vision care professional and have them swap out the lenses.
Do your glasses come with a case?
Yes, our glasses will arrive in a branded outer box, a neoprene case and microfiber cloth
What does the four-leaf clover mean?
The four-leaf clover is a mantra from our owner/founder Sarah Jones: HOPE, GRATITUDE, LOVE & LUCK. This is our driving force to help those less fortunate with improved vision care. You will find a Lucky Clover detail on all of our product.
